We have poured so much love into this home and know you will enjoy experiencing every magical detail and discovering each space where you can find Solace. With 3 huge master suites with sitting rooms and their own full bathrooms, parents can enjoy separate privacy and peaceful alone time. The home sleeps 17+ plus a comfortable sofa bed, with 2 additional twin fold up mattresses, pack-n-play and a high chair. The kids will thrive in a beach party paradise on their own 3rd floor with 2 bunk rooms, and the ultimate game room including the favorite Infinity game table to keep them busy whenever you’re not at the pristine white sand beach or playing in the pool. The three floors allow for noise separation and much needed privacy for all guests.

OUTDOORS

The Solace Beach House provides an experience unique to all homes in the area in that you have an entire outdoor oasis all to yourself. You're not on a busy road, but at the end of a cul de sac with a large community grassy area in the front of the home, a pond behind the home, and the pool and insane family gathering area on the sides. You're so close to the beach while feeling like you're in a secluded palm tree forest. Soak in the 6 person hot tub after filling the drink cart with all your favorite beverages. Then grill up dinner while family and friends relax on the couch, and eat at the large table. Head over to the large fire pit to share your favorite stories while roasting goodies on the provided telescoping skewers. But the fun doesn’t end there. Have you ever played giant yard chess? Walk down the paved path for a large, interactive, and exciting game of chess.

Our family also absolutely loves driving the 6 seater golf cart. Cruising 3 min away through the neighborhood and across the street to the beach is our kids favorite thing to do. Pack up all the equipment we provide for your convenience including beach towels for all guests, a beach wagon, big and little boogie boards, umbrella, beach chairs, and sand toys and enjoy an epic day at the beach.

Enjoy a large community pool only a few steps from the home with your own private entrance from the backyard. Most homes in the neighborhood have their own pools, so this pool is rarely used and you will most likely have it all to yourselves. Watch over your family from any of the five decks, or look over the pond behind the home.

Traveling with our family has always been a passion and it was a dream come true when we were able to get this beautiful home on the stunning emerald coast. It is truly a slice of heaven and our favorite place to be.

The Solace Beach House is more than just a home to us, we've put a lot of love and care into the design, and amenities to make it a wonderful place for a family getaway. We love swinging on the front porch with a cold beverage while watching our kids play in the pool and hot tub, driving around in the golf cart. The location is perfect and the Emerald Waters neighborhood is one of a kind.

The home is just a short stroll to the beach and the neighborhood is perfect for morning or evening walks or bike rides. We love that we can easily fit 2 to 5 families comfortably and are thrilled to be able to offer The Solace Beach House for you to make lasting memories in as well.
